Project Corolla

1930’s detached family home. Renovation including large rear extension. Open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room, pantry and hall and staircase.

This 1930s detached home underwent a considerable transformative renovation, including a rear extension to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and sitting room with expansive glazing, along with a new pantry, and reimagined hall and staircase. Working collaboratively with architects, the build team, and contractors, Styled Living’s role focused on crafting a functional yet beautiful space for a busy young family.

Our contributions included:

• Layout Planning: Guided by 3D visualisations to optimise flow and functionality.

• Lighting Design: Thoughtfully planned layouts to enhance practicality and atmosphere.

• Custom Cabinetry and Carpentry: Bespoke designs tailored to the family’s needs and design aesthetic.

• Window Dressing: Practical solutions that softened spaces.

• Procurement: Comprehensive sourcing schedules for materials, finishes, and furnishings.

• Installation and Final Styling: Bringing the vision to life with attention to detail.

The final design balances practicality with a playful and whimsical aesthetic, perfectly suiting the dynamic lifestyle of the homeowners.
